Training, guiding in documentation & implementation, conducting internal quality audit and correcting non-conformations if any this helping to become eligible to apply for certification. Will assist to remove any technical hardship faced during certification process.
- NABL accreditation (Laboratory accreditation)
[Scheme is in line with international standard ISO/IEC guide 25 being operated by department of science & Technology, Govt. of India at national level]:
Training and guiding in documentation implementation, auditing and taking corrective measures for continuous improvement and leading to accreditation.
- Guide to establish
(i) a Quality Management system in line with ISO 9000 and
(ii) any test or calibration laboratory and/or provide consultancy to get laboratories accredited under NABL 101 (National Accreditation Board for Laboratory Criteria) of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
- Help electronics/electrical industries to improve process to reduce reject, rework, wastage etc. to improve productivity.
- Provide training in testing and calibration both in electro technical and non-electrical parameters covering functional, safety, EMI/EMC, environmental testing etc.
- Carry out factory inspection as per CENELEC (European) standards and help remove short comings for product safety requirements for licensing/approval by foreign agencies like VDE, Germany.
- Carry out industry audit for energy management (electrical).
